Lancaster Amateur Sports Program Inc. is a non-profit corporation formed to provide youth and young adults in the Western New York Region with the continuing opportunity to participate and compete in amateur compeitions, with the goal to compete at a regional and national level. The Lancaster Independent Guard
This group is a Nationally competitive unit in the Winter Guard National Sport of the Arts Circuit. Performance, Dance, Music, Flags, Rifles and Sabres combine into a unique activity for participants and spectators alike. During a typical season, the team will train more than 288 hours, learn a synchronized performance involving movement, dance while spinning and tossing of Flags, Rifles and Sabres. The team will perform at over 10 competitions both local and at a national level.
