Help me get my car back

Tuesday January 27th, 2015 I securely parked and locked my car IN front of my house at 10pm in Northern Arlington, VA. I woke up the following morning to find that it was not where I had parked it, it was no where to be found. I called the police and filed a report that my vehicle was missing. I literally owned it a week and it was gone, completely. I was informed today (Friday, Jan 30th 2015) that my vehicle was found in southeast D.C, only problem is; it was completely stripped of every part and the only thing left is the body. Just great. I am left with no car, a giant piece of scrap metal, the towing company payments, a bank payment of 3k and I only had liability on the vehicle so insurance isnt helping at all... I never expected someone would do such a thing and it was a huge accomplishment to finally purchase my own vehicle, all on my own. I owned the car for a week and it was STOLEN, right from under me as I was asleep inside my home less than 40 feet away. I need all the help I can get. Some worthless scum bag has made my life a living hell, this shows me how much luck I really have.
