Jacob's Fight

Jacob was recently diagnosed with Philadelphia Chromosome Positve - Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a very rare and aggressive form of cancer.  Jacob is a 13 year old who was enjoying his 7th grade year of middle school and playing sports.  He is currently receiving treatment at Texas Children's Hospital in the ICU.  As his family struggles with this devasting diagnosis we are asking for monetary donations to help ease the financial burden.  Jacob's fight will be a long and tough battle.  Donations will be used to cover medical expenses as well as daily expenses incurred during the duration of his hospital stay.  We also ask for your prayers during this difficult time.
