Hello to our friends and family.
We lost a cousin in a deadly motor vehicle accident on Friday, January 23, on the icy roads of Michigan. The truck he was driving was struck in the rear by another vehicle. Our cousin, Michael Harold Wright, was ejected from the truck and while it rolled seven or eight times before coming to a halt, it sadly and tragically rolled over Michael, killing him as it did.
Michael is a son to Andy Wright, brother to Delores, and father of many. He heroically adopted two children, Michael and Katy, and is the father of MikeJr., Allen, Jonathan, Tyler, Tegan, and one daughter who is Brooklyn; also he and his girlfriend, Jessica, had twins born in 2012. Their names are Hunter Paul and Remington Fisher Wright.
Michael was a truck driver and the sole support of these ten children, they all lived with Michael and Jessica. They will now spend the rest of their lives without him.
I lost a brother at 25 with two small ones at home, they know the pain of growing up without their father and I know the pain of losing a heroic brother. Now Michael's children have the same fate. My heart aches for Andy, Delores, Jessica and these helpless children. Please stand with me and do what you can to help, any gift, big or small, all adds up and means so much to this family who will not and has not asked for help. I am asking on their behalf.
Right now, I have no funeraL information, his body is still at Spectrum Hospital in Fremont, Michigan but I will try to add that information as it is provided to me.
