Glenn, the neighborhood cat

Around the apartment complex that myself and my wife live at was a really sweet neighborhood cat. He was an older tom cat and was very friendly. We'd occasionally feed him and he'd hang around and be social for a little bit before wandering off. 

The last year or so, he started to look more sickly. Myself and my wife decided to capture him and bring him to the vet. 

While he was there, we got to see him play, cuddle and do house cat things, like stare out the window to see what's going on. 


While we were on a budget, we still opted to pay for the tests to see if we could nurse him back to being healthy and maybe find him a home. 

Unfortunately the prognosis was not good. He was diagnosed with FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) which is highly contageous and is spread via saliva and blood. 

Heartbroken, we did what was right and had him put to sleep. 

The money that we spent wasn't a lot, but it was from the fund for our wedding coming up in September. 

We cant offer much in return for helping, but we'll be happy to write you a heartfelt letter of thanks for doing so.
