Tragically Tamara Mavir was taken too early from our lives. She was involved in a fatal car accident with the love of her life, Ryan Battese, in the early hours of Saturday, 12th of December 2015. Tamara and Ryan's passing has been an extremely hard time for all their loved ones and we wish to alleviate some of the financial stress for both family in this hard time.
The fatal car crash occured in Darwin, so Tamara's mother, Leanne, and Ryans parents Wendy and Billy are faced with the unforeseen and expensive costs of bringing Tamara and Ryan home to their hometown in northern NSW from Darwin, along with the costs of funeral arrangements.
Tamara recently turned 23 and moved to Darwin with her partner, Ryan, in search of work to build a happy and long future together. She was a vibrant and happy young woman with a smile that brightened the room and an unimaginable zest for life. Tamara, the eldest of six children was a very social and family orientated person who was always showing love and affection to those around her. Tamara is the loving sister of Bianca, Taylor, Maddison, Mackenzie and Cooper and beautiful daughter of Leanne and Peter.
Ryan, 27, is the adored son of Wendy and Billy and loving brother to Carly and Brady.
Leanne is a kind, compassionate and loving mother and person who would do anything for her family and friends. We can only hope our family, friends and the wider community can give a little to a woman who always gives so much in her time of need.
Leanne is my closest and dearest friend and her and her children have been an important part of my life and some of my biggest supporters for over 10 years. I would love to support her as much as I can in her time of need.
It is expect that costs will exceed $35000 to bring Tamara and Ryan home and give them a beautiful funeral.
If there is extra funds left over this will be used to help support Tamara and Ryan's family.
We will be grateful for any contribution, however big or small you can make during this tough time. Please keep Tamara, Ryan and their families in your thoughts and prayers.
