Insectitos: an entomophagy company

Please help us! We are currently in the process of forming our LLC to start-up an entomophagy company. We are college students from Aurora, IL trying to make an impact not only as a small business but also for the advancement of conserving our resources.
Entomophagy is the process of consuming insects. Entomophagy is currently practiced by 80% of the world and is slowly beginning to take hold in western culture.
Crickets and other insects hold many health benefits including but are certainly not limited to: high in calcium, high in protein, high in zinc and iron, and also most insects are fed on a non-gmo diet. Insects are also very environmentally freindly. They require substantially less feed and water as traditional livestock, and produce more product.
They can be farmed on a fairly small peice of land using the technique of vertical farming, and they reproduce and grow at such a high rate that it makes raising insects as food a sustainable food source that will lead to food securities in not only disaster situations but everyday situations.
We need the money to pay for our Articles of Organization, along with other fees and services that come along with it. Examples are things such as (Assumed name, reservation of name, legal fees, etc.) We are not asking for a lot of money because we have a Kickstarter ready to launch but we need to have our ein to sign up for an Amazon Payments Account for said Kickstarter.
