Thank you for visiting our site.  MotoCare Chiropractic is the practice of Dr. Chris Mascetta who is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and business manager Mike Zschunke.  

We are a mobile chiropractic office which provides complementary chiropractic care to professional motocross riders on the national professional circuit including the Supercross, Outdoor Motocross and Arenacross Championship Series. 

The events that we have attended have been tremendous and greatly recieved amongst the riders, teams and families.  They are always extremely grateful, and want to know the next events that we will be attending. 

Each year we expand, and this year we are setting our goals high by planning on attending all of the East Coast Rounds of Monster Energy Supercross and at least half of the Outdoor Motocross National Championship Series.

Our goal has always been to offer every rider at the highest level of motocross racing our services at no charge.  This is accomplished by outside sponsors and donations from people who believe in what we are doing.  In order to make this goal a reality we need your help.  

So why are we trying to raise so much?  Well, although we provide free care to the riders, we have significant operating expenses.  These expenses include, but are not limited to, time out of the office and away from work, travel expenses which include airfare, hotels, rental cars  and the cost of hauling our equipment from one event to the next.

You also might be wondering why do motocross riders need chiropractic care on race day? Well simply put, it is because Motocross riders are notorious for beating themselves up with training, riding and racing. The majority of them, unless they are a top level pro rider, do not have the funds necessary to recieve regular care, especially the cost it would take to have a personal chiropractor the day of a race. 

Although every level of pro rider can utilize our services, we have always focused on the privateer riders, who most of which are spending every last dollar they have to try and fulfill thier dream. 

Riders benefit in several ways from our services on race day.  First, our services help improve the riders performance (which every pro athlete is interested in). Improving the performance of the rider also reduces the risk of injury (which every mom, dad and team manager are interested in).  Being present on race day also gives us the opportunity to tend to any injuries that riders may experience throughout the course of the day. 

What services do we provide?  We provide chiropracactic care and associated modalities which include physio-therapy modalities such as portable Electric Muscle Stim, Ultrasound, Cold Laser Therapy, Deep Tissue Work, Kinesio and Athletic Taping and race day nutritional support. 

We eventually plan on providing diagnostic services on race weekends as well.  This would include surface electromyography, spinal thermography, digital spinal range of motion, digital gait analysis, heart rate variability, pulse oxidation and lab testing such as micronutrient testing and food sensitivity testing amongst others.
