My Name is Karl Allred. I live in Evanston Wyoming.
On Mar 3 2016 Gerald Gay, a Wyoming State Representative, and I filed a lawsuit against the Governor of Wyoming, a number of the leadership in the legislature, and the Attorney General of Wyoming.
The basis of the lawsuit is that they are not following the state constitution and state procurement statutes that require competative bidding and no personal conflicts.
We are not asking for any financial judgement or that any current contracts be set aside. All we are asking for is a judgement that says they have to follow the law and that the court insures that they do so.
Since we are not asking for any financial judgement, not even legal fees, in the lawsuit it leaves us personally liable for all costs. We feel that no matter what, it is important for the people of Wyoming to have honest and fair use of their tax dollars. We believe that the people deserve no less and so it is for this reason that we filed the lawsuit.
We would be extremely greatful if anyone would be willing to help in this endeavor. You may make any donation as private so that names do not appear to the public. Thanks for any help or support.
