Making everyone feel treasured and loved is my goal!
'What my Coffee says to me' daily illustrated series of positive messages makes people all over the world feel treasured and happy. These testimonials from followers who love my creative series for mental health:
My Creativity started with Depression!
It was my little secret, just as depression is the secret of so many people.
In the beginning my depression prevented my ability to work or earn a living. I judged myself as less valuable, a nobody. We measure our self-worth when we are working. The stigma surrounding depression originates from living in a culture where feelings of vulnerability are considered weak.
On January 1, 2012 after reading about women, depression and how coffee helped, "What my Coffee says to me" was born. It was a leap year, I was given 366 days to retry and leap into my creativity. It wasn't easy, but each day I found my creativity slowly returning and so did my self worth.
Since January 1, 2012 over 1,500+ illustrations have put smiles on faces throughout social media and they help others!
