Dollars for Diesel

As many of you may know our 5 year old Doberman Pinscher "Diesel" was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma. We have been at a total loss that our 4 legged family member has cancer.
However, chemotherapy is an option with a very high success rate. But with this hope of treatment/remission comes an extremely high price tag. Unfortunately, it is an expense that we cannot manage on our own. 
The vets are very optimistic that because Diesel is so young and been healthy, to this point, he will respond well to chemo and have a chance at a longer life. 
Our biggest concern about not being able to afford to treat Diesel, is how to explain it to our 9 year old autistic son. Blaine and Diesel have had an unexplainable bond from that day we brought Diesel home as a puppy. We cannot sit by and not try to save Blaine's best buddy. 
So in a desparate attempt to afford chemotherapy, we have set up this fund asking for help. 
Please know that no donation is too small. And all donations are an answered prayer and so very appreciated. 
If more money than needed to treat Diesel is raised I will donate the extra to the Atlanta Doberman Rescue & Atlanta Humane Society
