I have never tried any of these "funding sites", but I thought it would be a good time to start one.
The Book Of James Chapter One was by far my best recording in over 23 years of my music ventures and now I am ready to begin studio work for Chapter Two.
The amount I chose to raise $3,500 will pay for production and studio time at Flytrap Studio in Winston Salem NC, Studio Musicians, Mixing, Mastering and final packaging of the new album.
*Any amount of $12 and UP will of course guarantee you a copy of the CD when it releases. (This offer includes shipping within the United States OR pickup of you album at any of my performances).
*Any businesses or venues who donate $100 or more will have your business name and contact information printed inside of each copy of The Book Of James Chapter Two.
*Any donation in the amount of $500 or more will gurantee YOU a personal, 2 hour private concert at your home for you and your friends (booked on a date in 2016 that I am available within 60 miles of zip code 27006).
Thank you for any help at all. Most of us artists do NOT "make money" from album sales anymore so we rely on our grass roots/home town fans to help make it possible.
CD sales money most times goes right back into recording more albums and projects.
