Justice for Justice Brewing!

Where is this money going?

The Money is going towards legal defense and the rebooting  of Justice Brewing at a new location.

What Happened?

From Justice's Facebook Post:

"Some of you may have seen that we had to abandon the new space with very little notice. The building was condemned in September with a vacate date of October 5th, we were given the run around and told it didn't affect us. It did and we terminated the lease with cause. We are currently trying to find a Plan B. There is one more batch of White & Nerdy coming to market in draft and cans in the next week or so thanks to the Crucible Brewing - Everett Foundry that we already had going before this all happened and threw us into disarray.
There will be more news coming, I assure you.
We can't go back to our old location, it is not an option anymore, there was no going back as of July 11."

When asked if Nate/Justice was looking for a new space in Everett, Nate replied:

"While we are looking, there is no capital available as we spent all our build out money on the last place and don't have anything left. We were about to take on debt to finish the build out."

We want to change this. Who are "we"? We are a collection of brewers, local business owners, friends and neighbors of Justice Brewing and Nate Mclaughlin.
We want to make sure that Justice DOES prevail and that Nate can get the funding and capital he needs to reboot the brewery and open up at a new location. When life throws a wrench in your plans its your friends that help put things back together. Lets TOGETHER help Nate and Justice Brewing pick up the pieces!

This sounds like a sucky situation, where can I learn more about whats going on?

There have been several articles published in the local newspaper, The Everett Herald, that does a good job of breaking down the situation and how it came to be:

Dont Call Justice Brewing's Owner a Gypsy Brewer He's Homeless

Thank You
