Jovie's Journey, Inc.

My Granddaughter Jovie was born with a progressive hearing loss. Jovie has been attending the Clarke School for Hearing and Speech since the age of 18 months and has made remarkable progress. We are currently in a battle with the County to continue her education at Clarke which is where she needs to be!! Jovie will also be going through cochlear implant surgery in August and again the Clark school is fully prepared to help her in this transition and minimize any setbacks. After visiting both the County IU and Clarke we are convinced that the Coounty cannot addaquately provide the assistance and support that she needs.
At this point it appears that the County will not  be providing funding and that we as a family will have to do whatever is necessary for this next step in Jovie's Journey.
We as a family would greatly appreciate any assistance that you could provide. All donations  will go directly to the Clarke School to fund Jovie's education. If at any point there are funds in excess of what is needed, they to will go to the Clarke School in hopes of helping another child get the help and education they need.
