Joseph Playground
Donation protected
Four and a half years ago, the elementary school in Joseph Oregon vacated their building and moved into the middle/high school as a cost saving measure and answer to declining numbers of students.
Some of the playground equipment was able to be moved to the new location, but not the large swingset. So the approximately 100 students in grades k-4 have been without swings.
The Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Chapter at Joseph Charter School is sponsoring a campaign to raise funds to purchase and install a commerical grade swing set with 8 swings. The cost of this project will be around $3,500. The chapter has already donated $700 and have some other fundraisers planned. But they need your help to make this project a reality. Any funds raised in excess of $3500 will be used to purchase other playground equipment such as a climbing structure, a ball wall, etc.
