Let's Win Again in California

Dear Friends...

I grew up in a day of "believing, then belonging." We got our political information from the dinner table We trusted it.

Today, political information comes from all over the place, and people trust little, if any, of it.

Our Republican message is one of aspirations for more freedom, greater propsperity, and a better life.  But we need more than a message. We need to redeem our politics - it should be the way we reconcile competing ideas and priorities.  It shouldn't be a dirty word or how we beat each other up over disagreements.

We do this by bringing back the "dinner table" and the trust we found there.  We do this by putting belonging before believing.
