Sgt. Jim Moxley Memorial Fund

Donation protected

In unity there is strength.  On July 1, 2015 Sergeant Jim Moxely , a husband, father, son, Army Ranger, and a police officer, finished his shift with the Brunswick Maryland Police Department, came home and later died after suffering what initially appears to be a heart attack, he was 43 years old.  He was a true patriot and the above list is just a few of his accomplishments.

Jim selflessly served his country, we are now asking you step up and serve Jim and his family.  Mox retired from the Frederick County Sheriff's Office several years ago and instead of not working and enjoying retirement he started another law enforcement career with the Brunswick Maryland Police Department.

Jim was married and had two children, James IV and Peyton ages 11 & 10 respectively. We are asking for donations for the family to help ease the burden of funeral costs as well as any other expense they may incur during or after this difficult and traumatic time.  Mox's family has a lifetime ahead of them without him and deserves as much help as we can provide.

While words can't justify our thanks and appreciation, we thank you for your generosity, love and support.

Rest in peace brother. While we must carry on, you and your family will not be forgotten. Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God. Matthew 5:9.
