It is the policy of Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation (JHHSC) and The JOHNS Hopkins Hospital (JHH) to allow employees or employee candidates to request not to participate in an aspect of patient care, including treatments that conflict with their personal cultural values, personal ethics or religious beliefs.
I was denied a religious accommodation, suspended, and discharged because of my religions beliefs and in retaliation for engaging in a protected activity in violation of Title VII. My union failed to file a grievance on my behalf due to their disbelief.
I was fired after 7 years of service, all for reporting an incident of harassment. Since I was denied my Unemployment Benefits and have experienced many hardships and I need help.
I rely mostly on the generosity of people both inside and outside the faith for most my financial support. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
