It was the policy of my employer Johns Hopkins University, to allow employees to request not to participate in an aspect of patient care, including treatments that conflict with their personal cultural values, personal ethics or religious beliefs and my union (Local Union 572 - LiUNA) didn't want to protect me on the topic of employees religious beliefs and rights after it was asserted. I was fired after 7 years of service, all for reporting an incident of harassment. Since then I have experienced many hardships and I need help.
