In Memory of Mara Voglewede

Mara Voglewede grew up in Idaho, with loving parents and a close friendship with her brother. She graduated from the University of Idaho, and after marrying her husband in England, settled there and became a teacher.

Unfortunately, that's where her story ends.

Mara died on December 17th when she was hit by a car in Manchester, where she worked and lived. Medical staff worked hard to save her, but her heart wouldn't stay beating. Now, parents have lost a child too soon, and my boyfriend has lost his only sibling.

I want my boyfriend, Zachary Voglewede, and his parents to be able to see Mara one last time. The money I'm trying to raise for them will go toward plane tickets and funeral expenses. They were thousands of miles away and never got to say goodbye. This is their only chance.

Zach currently lives in Lewiston, Idaho, and his parents live in Orofino, Idaho, where Mara grew up and went to high school.

Without your help, her loving family will never be able to truly say goodbye to one of the kindest souls I've ever had the brief pleasure of meeting. In the short time I knew her, Mara was perpetually happy and always willing to give whatever she had to help others. She loved traveling, and spent her free time going to faraway places and seeing what the world had to offer.

I feel that such a wonderful person deserves a sendoff that can only hope to match the light she brought into the world. Can you help?
