Hunter's healing with horses

Donation protected
Hunter came to Riding Quest Stables five years ago with a love for horses and an interest in learning to ride.  Hunter's mom had read that riding can help those with asthma.  Hunter began riding lessons.  She instantly started breathing better.  She then leased a horse so she could practice the riding skills on a daily bases.  Sadly, after six months the lease was over.  Around the same time a young girl was looking for someone to lease her horse, while she sent to school. A year lease was agreed between Hunter and this young girl.  Hunter bonded even closer to this horse as they worked so well together.   Hunter was and is a responsible equestrian.  She continued lessons and is hungry to learn everything she can do to better the horse.  Hunter kept the horse clean and well groomed, she daily cleaned and conditioned all the tack that belonged to the owner of the horses.  The best news is Hunter no longer has the severe asthma that she did when we first meet her.   Unfortunately, the young girl quit school, broke the lease agreement and moved to another state with her horse.  As we all rallied around to help find another horse for Hunter, her dad agreed that he too didn't want to see his daughter ride the emotional roller coaster of leasing any longer.  He also agreed that she had demonstrated the responsibility of owning her own horse, not to mention the health benefits of riding for her.  The dapple gray Arab in the photo is the horse that Hunter's dad bought for her.  Hunter's horse Jimney aka just Jim.  Some may say, awww her first horse, how sweet.  I told you that story to share the next part of the story and the reason why we are asking gofundme to help.  This is not Hunters first horse, this is Hunter's life partner.  I have heard other horse lovers say, Oh, I couldn't breathe without my horse!  Hunter can't breathe without her horse.  Hunter can't. Physically and emotionally.  Hunter's family has fallen on hard times Financially.  Some of you would agree that if you come from a horse raised family. Meaning for generations you have always had at least one horse in your barn or boarded. It is an unspoken law that the needs of the horse come first and you do without.  However in a family where there is only one equestrain, it is a different thought process, you are being dropped off at the barn for the day for your sport or hobby.  So then it is reasonable for non-riding family members to say that expense is naturally going to be the first thing that's cut from our budget.  The horse people who have come together to set this gofundme as a goal  to cover the cost for at least the next four years of lessons and boarding for Hunter as she goes to a local school, so she can be near her horse.   Hunter does not know about this plea.  She would never ask for anything. Hunter is a very soft spoken, kind hearted soul, although, if you asked her what the perfect gift would be.... Jim would be her answer.  Please support by giving. Help our cause to keep Hunter and Jim together forever.
