Medical problems

Hi, alot of you know me,  and im 23years young.
Recently i was admitted to the hospital for bleeding and losing weight. The doctors found a mass near my rectum towards my colon. I am scheduled to have a colonoscopy here very soon. I will be having several doctors visits coming up. Also they discovered that i have some sort of heart problem of which i will also need to be visiting doctors for. If anyone would like to assist me on this awful journey i would very much apprieciate it.
