Kidney Transplant for Kathy

I am carrying out this campaign in behalf of my nieces in Manila, Philippines, Kathy (Renren) and Mayen Ramirez who are very close to me since they were little children. Their mother is my sister (who passed 2003).
They are the best of friends and have always taken pride in caring for one another all these years. Below is Mayen's petition for her beloved sister's medical condition.
ABOUT KATHY
Meet my sister, Kathy, also known as "Renren" to our family. She is 39 years old, the eldest in a brood of 4. Though she has been battling this dreadful disease for quite some time, she has always remained positive and faithful that she will be given another chance to continue pursuing her dreams. She is the best sister I could ever ask for. She is my rock, my shoulder to cry on, my best friend. Though she is sick, she would never burden or impose anything on anyone. She has this radiant smile and infectious laughter that makes her more beautiful than she already is.
HER CONDITION
At the height of her successful career, she was diagnosed with Chronic Glomerulonephritis in 2007. She was hospitalized for over a month and immediately underwent 3x a week dialysis sessions for about a year. Her condition reversed for almost 2 years and unexpectedly in late 2009, I rushed her to the hospital due to congestion which almost took her life. It was this time that the doctors declared her condition irreversible (End-Stage Renal Disease). Her kidneys have ceased to function and once again required 3x a week dialysis sessions since then. It was also in the same year that our father passed away and so I took it upon myself to do everything to care for her since and make sure that she gets well.
Because she has been on dialysis treatments for too long, another challenge had to be faced. In May 2014, she developed a massive cyst in her ovaries. Doctors said that it had to be removed first before the kidney transplant takes place. There were other masses in the nearby reproductive organs and thus it was prescribed that she undergoes total hysterectomy. The presence of the cyst made her lose 80 lbs total and counting. She is oftentimes in an awful amount of pain is on round-the-clock painkillers. This had made her very weak and unable to walk straight that she now takes the wheelchair, as she can only successfully take 5-6 excruciating steps.
She is scheduled for both surgeries at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center in Greenhills, San Juan City. It's the same institution where she has her treatments and is cared for by her kind doctors and nurses all these years. A transplant team of the best surgeons has been set up for her.
OUR PLEA
My sister needs all the help she can get for both procedures. We are optimistic that we can make things happen together. We sincerely need your help at this crucial time. The cost of the 3x a week dialysis, other treatments and several medications haven taken a toll on our finances over the years and I have not stopped working my hardest to ensure her survival. However, what I make is not enough to carry her on to the much required procedures.
I love her so much and I cannot imagine losing her. I am humbly appealing to your kind and generous hearts to join me in this crusade. To walk with us in taking the necessary steps to bringing my sister closer to a better quality of life after the kidney transplant.
Your assistance will greatly aid her hysterectomy procedure, kidney transplant and 1-year post transplant anti-rejection costs. After the transplant, Kathy wishes and is excited to be of service again to the people around her, to be able to work again and contribute to society. Along with this she aims to engage herself in motivational speaking, sharing her God-filled journey.
