Develop E-Wheelchair Project

Donation protected
Phil Case is the UK-based innovator behind the "E-Wheelchair" project.

The project is bringing together the latest technology with healthcare innovation. The E-wheelchair will be an affordable option and will change lives. Whether it's used by a permanent wheelchair user or during rehabililitation, the product includes:

*Vital signs monitoring
*GPS
*Mind-Control capability
*Vuzix M100 smart glasses.
*Nautiz X1 Android based smart phone.

This appeal started as a campaign to get the E-Wheelchair project launched.  After a few big hurdles, we're getting there.

There is still more work to be done to continue the development of the E-Wheelchair. Funds are required to finalise the prototype and get it ready for production.

The E-Wheelchair project is a potential gamechanger for healthcare, innovation and disability issues.  Support has been received to date from many. Including:

Vuzix
Getac
Wikitude
Handheld UK
Neurosky
Libelium

We are now seeking to raise a further £20,000 to get the E-Wheelchair to production stage. A presentation is now available to any interested parties following the signature of an NDA. The presentation details the project in more detail: technical specifications, business case, background.

If you wish to receive the presentation, please email Phil Case - phil@the-ewheelchairproject.co.uk. Or alternatively, connect with Phil on LinkedIN - http://uk.linkedin.com/pub/phil-case/b2/aa0/a48/en

Please contribute to the fund to get the E-Wheelchair project launched.

I am writing a series of blog posts about the project on my website, www.techandtoast.com. Please read and share, to raise awareness.
