HELP TYPHOON YOLANDA / HAIYAN VICTIMS

Donation protected
Hi there my name is John Neil Bantahinay from the deepest south of the Philippines. A Filipino citizen seeking for help of kind-hearted people.

Philippines was just hit by a very strong typhoon ever. This super typhoon is named Yolanda or Haiyan its international name. Philippines is composed of three main islands: Luzon (northern), Visayas(central) and Mindanao(southern). The super typhoon devastated the central islands of the Philippines which is Visayas. Some part of Luzon and Mindanao are also affected but not like Visayas.

The government was prepared by this super typhoon specifically the Philippines National Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Council or NDRRMC. Even if NDRRMC are prepared and even those people that are in places which would be hit the typhoon are prepared but being prepared is not enough the end part was a very tragic event.

Unlike the previous typhoons Filipinos can just stand up and raised their houses back to normal. Go to relief operations if there's any, help fellow Filipinos who are affected and restores a whole new life just like no typhoon had passed. But this super typhoon is very different. In my 27 years of existence this is the most powerful typhoon that hit the Philippines and the results are very tragic.

For the very first time, I had read the news that some helpless and hopeless Filipinos are struggling very hard at this very moment I am writing this. There are missing Filipino people and even foreign tourist, volunteers and missionaries. No more shelter, clothing and everyday food. The relief operations are lacking. Maybe some relief operations are delayed because of transportation problem. The communication in Visayas is also affected because telecom towers are also damaged by the super typhoon. It was really a sad event that we should accept. It already happened and we have no power to stop mother nature calamities.

There are help from all over the world, UAE, USA, Germany and many other countries helped the Philippines to fasten the recovery of Filipino victims of typhoon Yolanda. I am not quite sure who are the people receiving this in kinds or cash donations. The government? Naah! If they are receiving it I hope they will surely send help to our fellow Filipinos who are struggling right now.

To all kind-hearted people who can read this page. I am asking nothing but if you will be giving something that would be very much appreciated. The Filipino people needs your help. I will personally give all amount to separate legitimate Non Government Organization's here in the Philippines. I'd rather trust NGO's than our government. If there are any donations received on this GoFundMe campaign it will be for medicines, foods, clothing, potable water and evacuation shelter.

That would be all and I hope my fellow Filipino will soon rise back to normal and live happily again despite all the tragic events that happened to their lives. Thank you very much!

Sincerely,

John Neil Bantahinay
