Tam's Heart Needs Help

This is my friend Tam. She has a heart condition called Left Ventricular Non Compacted Cardiomyopathy.  She has been fighting for survival since 2012, through serious infections, multiple surgeries, and a heart function of less than 20 percent. Tam is 34 and her current life expectancy is only 2 years without a heart transplant.
However, Tam needs to lose over 60+ lbs before she can qualify for a donor heart. She is making every effort to lose weight, but is very limited in physical activity because her heart is so weak. She has lost some weight but she is running out of time. Without bariatric surgery, she can not lose the weight fast enough to qualify for a donor heart. Without a new heart, Tam will die. I am urgently requesting funding so that my friend Tam can continue to live.
All donations will be used for the costs of traveling to and from Jacksonville, FL for doctor's visits, working with medical weight loss professionals and her transplant team as she works hard to heal.
Tam is one of the most beautiful and giving people I have ever met. I love her. Please help me do everything possible to save her life. Thank you.
