Help My Heart

My name is Keith Davidson. I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy at the age of 25 (I'm 32 now). When I was first diagnosed I was in the hospital for a while. At the time I didn't have insurance and I'm still paying off my medical bill debt from then.

Recently, I had to go to the emergency room twice in one month. The second time I was admitted to the hospital for heart failure. My cardiologist wants me to have surgery to get a pacemaker and defibrillator installed. My surgery is scheduled for the 25th of September. Since I have insurance through my employer I will have to pay a large deductible.

I'm asking for help to pay off my past medical bill debt and help to pay for the deductible for my upcoming surgery.
