Help Trooper kick cancer's butt!

Trooper Dog is our first furbaby! He is an Australian Cattle Dog and he will be 8 in May. Trooper truly has been one of the most loyal, easy going (for us) dogs we ever could have asked for! Unfortunately, during the first week of February we discovered that Trooper had a mass in between his neck and shoulder that had grown significantly in size in a matter of days. We brought him to our vet who took a needle biopsy of the mass to send out. As the mass continued to grow in the next couple of days, Trooper developed edema in his neck, legs, and stomach and bruising on his abdomen.
Wednesday, February 8th, Trooper's mass ruptured and continued to bleed for the entire day. We were able to get a consult with a surgeon first thing Thursday morning and were informed that the mass was a cancerous mast cell tumor and he needed surgery that day to remove the mass and the necrotic tissue.
Trooper rocked his surgery! He ended up with a huge incision that has been difficult to close and heal up due to its location. During surgery they took out as much of the tumor and nasty cells as they could. The surgeon also sent out a tissue sample of the mass and a sample from his lymph node. It was confimed to us that although they had removed the tumor, the cancer had spread to his lymph nodes.

Trooper is exactly as his name states: A Trooper!!!! He has been so amazing during this whole process and if he has been in pain he certainly has not let on! But now he is going to need a 12 week chemotherapy program to treat his cancer and kick it's butt! My husband and I are expecting our first child in early July and Trooper's medical bills have put a huge strain on our baby planning. Trooper's medical bills have already exceeded $4,000 and his chemo treatment is estimated to cost anywhere between $1,500 to $2,500.
