Hello friends and the sweeping community,
For those who don't know me, my name is Craig McDaniel. I am known in the sweepstakes world as "Mr. Sweepy". I am also the creator and President of Sweepstakes Today LLC and known on the net as Sweepstakestoday.com (ST) or https://www.sweepstakestoday.com/
ST is the website that helps your dreams comes true by giving you the best sweepstakes and contest in America on the internet. Over the 15 years since I started the company and website, we have never charged a penny to join as a member. All the sweeps have been free to enter and win and the members have won millions of dollars in the process.
During this time, we have had about 400 members who have won $10,000 or more. Many of this group have won over $40,000 or more in ARV prize winnings. One member recently won $100,000 cash and there have been several who won cars over the past year. Very cool! For the business, ST was rated number one in the world in Google Search.
I started ST out of pocket, mainly after winning my second truck and many more prizes. I wanted to share with people who wanted to also experience the feeling of winning big prizes or even smaller prizes. I have also gave my time in giving tips and even gave away prizes out of Mr. Sweepy's own pockets. That is why my job is the best in the world. Reading the messages about the prize members who and what the prize means to them and their family, made my day. I had hundreds of days like this.
For the years in business, ST all of our revenue has been generated by advertising. We were profitable for about 12 to 13 years then we saw a downturn in ad revenue. The majority of the revenue came from Google and a couple of other banner companies. We also worked with a handful of faithful ad agencies and advertisers. Across the board, our revenue dropped like a rock and now, unfortunately, we are closer to going out of business. What turned out of an investment into a company, has ended up in my personal life savings. This is why I am asking for your help.
We are working on a plan to save the website by updating the programming and changing how the site is viewed on the net that will bring us back to a breakeven or profitable state for the company again. I have reduced all the necessary expenses to the lowest possible and can no longer reduced the amount of expenditures any more.
So asking for help is a effort to continue a way to keep the site free for as long as possible and to buy some time to pull ST out of the hole. I will be needing the help/funding in a matter of a few months. I stated $25,000 and this is just a guess at this point but is seems close to my estimates. I have several bigger expenses coming up at the end of the years and wanted to put some of these issues behind me.
