Help our newborn baby girl

Meet Aislin Ember ! Our baby girl was brought into the world on February 6, 2018. I had to have a c-section because she decided she wanted to come out feet first. Everything went smooth, and then my husband and I seen her little feet. They didn't look normal, after my husband asked the doctors countless times what was wrong with her little feet, he finally got an answer. She has club feet. It can be fixed, but that comes with MANY doctors appointments. She will have to have casts on both of her little legs from her hips to the tips of her toes. We will have to travel about two hours once a week, one way, to get to her appointments. Will be doing this for a few months. Then if the casts don't work, she will have to have surgery, which we pray that doesn't have to happen. Then on top of everything, the hospital did a ultrasound of her heart when she was first born because her oxygen was slightly low. They found two spaces in her heart that shouldn't be there. So we have to take her to a pediatric cardiologist that is also a couple hours away. What we are asking for is help getting a vehicle so we can get back and forth to all of her appointments. Her insurance will pay for up to 15 rides a year, but we will be over that the first month. We don't need a extravagant vehicle, just one that is safe to have my babies in, and will get us to and from where we need to go. It would mean the world to us and our baby. Every little bit helps.
