We are the Human Athletic Movement Team (HAMteam) located in Huntsville, Alabama. Our mission is to provide year round, high level training in track and field. We not only help our athletes on the field but off the field as well. We mentor our athletes, provide college prepardness educational sessions, and much more. We work to develop the "whole" athlete.
