The Emergency Fund was created in October 2013, originally to help KillerMartinis make her electric bill. Since then we have raised over $6000 and helped dozens of people. This GoFundMe is one avenue for members of Groupthink to donate to the fund; you can also donate to our PayPal, at[email redacted].
We help members of our community who are going through financial hard times make ends meet by paying up to $250 of their bills. To be considered you need to be a posting member of GT for at least 6 months and be recognized by members of the community; you cannot have been a recipient within the last year; and you must be willing to provide us with information so we can verify your identity.
