Join "TEAM DALTON" in their fight against Leukemia!

My wife, Stacy, and I have started this fundraising page to help "Team Dalton" in their fight against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  Dalton, just 5 years old, is the youngest grandchild in our family.  It is something you never want your children to have to face with a child.  Face it we must.  Dalton and his family need our help.

On November 6, Jeremy and Tatum Catrambone received the news that no parent wants to hear.  Their 5 year old son Dalton, (the youngest of 4 children) was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He was sent directly to Oakland Childrens Hospital in CA, to start chemotherapy.  While this type of Leukemia has a good prognosis, that road is very long and rugged, involving up to 3 years of aggressive treatment daily, This includes chemotherapy at home and weekly at Oakland Childrens hospital.

We know this will involve not only pain and heartache, but loss of income for his parents as this will involve 24 hours a day care, home schooling, time off work and no work, no income, for an extended period of time.

Expenses for example:   Dalton's immune system is so vulnerable during chemo that the entire heating system in the home needs to be cleaned professionally before they can use it for the rest of the family.  Once a week, Dalton needs to go to Oakland for treatment, over 100 miles plus round trip. Aside from the obvious travel expenses, the loss of income is going to have a huge impact for this family of 6.

We know people would like to help and offsetting expenses is a great way to contribute.  Please consider a donation to help this family cope with the financial burden facing them, as they simply deal with the pain and fortitude of a child with leukemia, every day.  Your donations will go directly to Jeremy and Tatum, not us.

Love to all of you.  Jeremy, Tatum, Azure, Quentin, Ebony and little Dalton!  You are all so strong and we love you so much!

Note from Jeremy (Daltons Dad):
"Our youngest son was diagnosed with leukemia Nov. 6th. He has acute Lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). From what we've learned this past month, is if you're going to get leukemia this is the one you want!  It has an over 90% survival rate. He spent almost 2 weeks in Oaklands Children Hospital, Tatum never left his side. I had to run back and forth everyday(I have a phobia of hospitals). He came home last week and is responding very well to the treatment. I have never seen so much strength nor bravery in my life! Dalton understands what's wrong with him and knows what he has to do to beat this thing. He has his ups and downs but always comes back smiling.  We are so proud of him. We would also like to thank everyone who has sent their love and prayers. It's going to be a long hard road to recovery and if anyone can do it, Dalton can."
