Being a mother of 4 and trying to start a business from the ground up is near impossible these days.
I've been gluten free for almost 10 years. When I started on my GF journey, there weren't a lot of things out there to help me.
Skipping ahead to the market today, and I can find GF everywhere. But it's still hard to find GF foods that meet the standards of tasty and gluten free.
So I've been pushing ahead for the past 3 years, baking locally, appearing in local events to promote GF tasty baked goods awareness; all while searching for the best place to call home.
Getting bank loans and piling more debt onto our already struggling family is not an option, so I need help. The $$ will go towards finding a location, and be able to get an investor or two. I'm passionate about getting the word out and opening up my bakery.

I know what it's like to need a litte help and I'm so grateful for everyone who takes time to give, share and spread the word.
My hopes, with my bakery, is to help the GF community through sharing my baked goods and my faith!

UPDATES:
We are close to our goals, having appeared at our 1st market:
We had an amazing opportunity to grow through a gracious business owner, who allowed us to cook in their kitchen. At the closing of their business, we are moving forward with transforming our kitchen into a certified kitchen through the new Home Cottage B permit.
We have hopes to be present once again at the Farmer's Market and will use every fund raised to get there!!
