Purchase 4 x Crystal Quest Commercial Reverse Osmosis 40,000 GPD Water Filter Systemfrom Water Softeners & Filters ($72,717.48 each)
Place them strategically in dense areas affected for public use.
The Crystal Quest Commercial Reverse Osmosis 40,000 GPD is an industrial sized reverse osmosis unit suitable for heavy commercial and industrial applications. With four we would be able to provide 120,000 GPD. A gallon a day for every one of Flint's 99,873 populants.
Most people need about half a gallon a day to drink, and another half to bathe in case of emergencies. For disaster survivors I'm sure you're familiar.
