THATS $15OO AND $1000 EACH! --  james passed away jan 1st 2015. when his wife of 44 YEARS maddie called social security about recieving survival benifits they told her she would not be getting them because her social security check was more than his.(which makes no sense that she would get his check if it was more than hers but wont because it was less... it would add up to the same amount!) I cant be the only one who thinks this is a government FAIL! she now has to live off of $916 dollars per month nearly HALF of what she was used to. she was barely able to get by with her husbands check and now by the time she pays her bills each month she wont even be able to pay her taxes in june. anyone who knows her knows she would literally give her last $5 dollars to anyone even though she needs it more herself. she is also the type who wont ask for help because she does not want to be a burden on anyone. she is even unaware of this fundraiser. she dont even like to ask a friend for a ride to the doctor. she was saving for a cheap car but with the recent death of james that is no longer possible. I promise you could not help a more generous, kind, unjudgemental, genuine all around great person. she would be touched so deeply and be so thankful that people care. any amount helps and i promise you will not regret helping a wonderful person, in fact without a doubt the best human being i have ever been in contact  with.
