Sherlock the puppy

Sherlock was bitten by a lab/gold retriever outside of our house. The owner and dog left without leaving name or phone number. Now he has pilling medical bills :(. He is currently at myspca angell getting an abscess drained, which will cost a bit over $1,000! Please help.
