Sarah's Swimming with Manatees!

My name is Sarah Anderson, and I am a Junior at Suffolk University in Boston, MA. I am a part of a program known as The Journey, which allots each participant a certain number of points for every leadership position the student takes on campus.  Currently I am a Jumpstart Team Leader and an Alternative Spring Break Leader, which are both positions involving community service. In the past I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant for a class that allows freshmen students to get familiar with Suffolk University as they embark through their first semester in college. 

I have now reached the third level of The Journey Program, which means that I can travel to Florida with my classmates for a week of leadership training! The first part of the trip involves swimming with the manatees in Crystal Rivers, and the second part involves us going to Disney World and learning the inner workings of the park! We get to travel underground Disney World while learning about the every day activities of the people in the costumes.
