Help our beagle Tye get his surgery

Our beagle of 10 years (Tye) has a very bad ear infection and a hematoma that needs removal as well as a complete ear exam and thorough cleaning (The problem is beyond what we can do ourselves at home.)
 We have already spent all of our savings in an effort to find out what has been giving him seizures OR seizure-like symptoms off and on these past 5 months.  We are struggling to stay afloat. Anything will help our cause. Thank you and God bless.
