Joanna Alemany Fund

On Sunday, October 12th, Joanna was out enjoying a beautiful fall day at a very popular farm in Chester, New Jersey when she, her children, and her friends were struck by a shuttle bus. This horrific accident has left her temporarily immobile with a broken pelvis, making it impossible to care for her husband and small children. She currently has rods keeping her pelvis together, which will be in place for at least 6-8 weeks. Doctors say recovery will be a very long and painful process.

Aside from this accident, Joanna's 2 year old son was born with a congenial heart defect that has required numerous open heart surgeries. Her and her husband are now left having to figure out how to take care of their small children while Joanna is literally immobile for an extended period of time.

Donations will go towards food, childcare and medical expenses while her husband takes leave from his job as a firefighter to care for his family in this difficult time. Your support is greatly appreciated.
