Medical Fund for Chelsea

Chelsea is a beautiful, hilarious, full of life 20 year old,
On August 12, 2015, Chelsea was involved in a horrible car accident. She and 3 friends were traveling to Carowinds for a day of fun before their Junior year of college started. A car going at high speeds hit her car, that was in stopped traffic. Chelsea was transported to Carolinas Medical Center, Trauma Center and current remains in ICU with a Traumatic Brain Injury.
Her parents over 2 hours away, received the call and haven't left her side since.
Jamie and Angie recently moved to Weaverville, NC after serving 23 years in the United States Marine Corp. both starting new jobs.

Chelsea has been verbally unresponsive since the accident, she was on the ventilator for 3 days and for the first time yesterday she showed some physical response to her mom and dad,  grabbing their hand.
But they know their road is still very long and have so many unanswered questions, praying their daughter will wake up and have full recovery.
The heartache they are experiencing is more than anyone should ever go through.
Neither parents qualify for paid leave from work, due to just starting this new chapter in their life in
Weaverville, NC.
They are currently staying around the clock with Chelsea and sleeping on the family visiting room floor, surrounded by Chelsea's many friends, roommates and family. They are on the waiting list for a bed at the hospitality house, located on the hospital campus.

Let's pull together, show support and love for Chelsea and her parents. Providing them a small amount of comfort in a horrible nightmare right now. As parents, friends, families~ please donate and share this fundraiser for my beautiful family.

Chelsea, her mom and dad have a love, a bond that's indescribable, as you can see above. With years of military life together, those 3 became the 3 amigos, hearts connected in a very magical way.
