Keep Ethan Safe and Loved

A few months ago our life came to a screeching halt. Out of sheer desperation for the safety of my son.My wife, baby daughter and I moved back to Arizona from Texas. The whole reason we moved to Texas, was better opportunities for me as an disabled veteran, my wife as an elementary school teacher and to improve the overall quality of life for our family, not to mention our love for the state as a whole. As things were really taking off for us, we decided to return to Arizona, but very few people knew the real reason why, as it is not only embarrassing, but appalling. My wife and I found out that my ex-wife and her live in boyfriend were involved in prostitution, perversion, and fantasy, fetish play inside their apt. home, which they advertised all over the internet. While all of this was going on, my 7 year old son Ethan was present, and even introduced to some his mother's "clients". While we were still in Texas, as we had shared custody; I had talked to my son on several occasions and he was home alone at night and didn't know where his mother or boyfriend were. I called the police to have a welfare check done, we have had to call CPS in the past, because of her neglect. The most upsetting about this situation, is that we had a family evaluation done by the court and Ethan's mother divulged to the evaluator the types of things she did, to include her and her boyfriends having sex for money, pretending to be a 7 yr. old child for a client and have intercourse with her "father" (a.k.a her boyfriend) in front of the client. Also male clients wanting to dress up in women's clothing and having intercourse, or putting on sex shows. All of this happening while my 7 year old son is in the apartment and often being introduced to these people. She expressed to our family evaluator that she is providing a safe place for these people that the rest of us consider perverts to conduct their fantasies and perversions. Not once did she mention the safety of her own child who is present while these types of things happen.
Since we have returned to Arizona, we retained an attorney and I now have full custody and she is only allowed 2 supervised visitations a week. The whole process in general has gone a lot longer than expected and with that time comes attorney costs. Having spent 10's of thousands on attorneys, court fees and visitations; as well as, just trying to cover normal everyday costs fo living  has blown through all of our savings, maxed all of our credit cards, funds set aside for retirement, and our final hearing isn't until Dec. We have hit a wall and desperately need funds to ensure that we can keep our attorney until this is finished in Dec. We want to ensure that Ethan continues to have a safe place to be loved and cared for by his family, and to do the things an extremely bright 7 year old boy should enjoy doing.
