Fraud Recovery

I know this is a long shot, but I need as much help as possible to be able to afford my car payment, so I can go to work, so I can put food on my daughter's plate. Plus, I'll be sharing this story to help prevent this from happening to others.

I recently moved from Nashville, TN to Tampa, FL. During my first month here, I was job hunting like a mad woman. I have bills to pay & mouths to feed. Luckily enough, I received an email from a man who was needing photography done for his family reunion (I’m a freelance photographer in my spare time). It seemed too good to be true. It was a large event & obviously I was free that day as I had no job. They needed about 50 prints done for their 4 hour event. Anyone familiar with photo prices knows that this was going to be a good payday. One thing. The guy wanted me to send a little money to the event planner to secure the booking. Red flag? You bet. But I was running out of money with a daughter to feed. Obviously, my priority was to keeping her fed. Well, me being the trusting, overly-willing-to-help person that I am, I said yes. I made sure to get a copy of his ID to compare to the card. So I got the money & deposited some to the guy (well now I have his bank account. This should make things easier for me). Fast forward a few weeks & I got notified that the card charged was stolen. Stolen card. Stolen ID. So now I’m out almost $3,500 with the bank unable to help & authorities have better things to do apparently. I’m not necessarily asking for you to donate. But if you could, please share this post. Most of my friends, the people most willing to help, are still in college & are broke as well. I just want to stop this from happening.
