Susan Noel has been mastering the culinary arts for over 40 years. Born and raised in Grenville "La Baye," Grenada in the West Indies, Susan is now embarked on the journey to bring her line of Flavour De La Baye gourmet spices and foods to your table and local markets.
Trained in the old tradition (the best tradition), Susan roasts and grinds all of her own spices. She takes the time to ensure that each gourmet recipe is perfect before it is served. Susan delivers customized and robust combinations that captivate the senses. The aromas are as seductive as the flavors which entice even the pickiest eaters to ask for more.
Susan's friends and family have all been lured to her table time and time again. They are well familiar with the wonders of her whisk and the powers of her pan.
