Congratulations to the cast and crew for winning so many amazing awards! The Shattered Mind picked up it's 44th film festival acceptance and 16 awards so far. Stay tuned for more!
OUR LATEST CERTIFICATE SO FAR.
Unlike some filmmakers who received sponsorships and product placement fundings for their film, we have not yet received sponsorship supports or product placements that could help cover our festival tours for the year 2015-2017. We have tried it all. We've lost some money paying the people to search for advertising and product placements for our film. We will keep trying. The more festivals that select to screen our film, the better the chance for us to receive sponsorship supports and product placements for our film. That's how this business works. For now, we are basically on our own. Please know that there will be many other festivals that will want to screen our film. I'd very much like to bring my key actors to all the festivals! Realistically, the more funds we raise, the better.
THAT'S WHY OUR GOAL IS TO RAISE $10,000 OR MORE TO COVER THE REST OF OUR FESTIVAL TOURS. Take a look at our crowdfunding history. We raised $50K to make the film.

ABOUT THE SHATTERED MIND FILM
The film is centered upon a proud Black Deaf family with a captivating story that has never been told before in the mainstream film industry. The Shattered Mind is a film that explores a black deaf family's journey while their daughter, Zhane Rain struggles to overcome adversity; traumatic childhood past and hearing loss.
