Backstory:
This is Manny.
Manny needs help. Will you be the help that he needs?
I have had the pleasure of working with Manny for the last four years at the happiest place on earth. He has a love for music, and even plays in a band. He enjoys making people laugh and smile with his clever sense of humor. Manny is one of the kindest and most gentle souls I have ever met. He pushes through tough situations with a smile and uses humor and positive vibes to turn the day around for everyone. Many times I have witnessed this man put others before himself. He has offered so much help to those around him.
Manny uses his vehicle to transport himself and instruments to his band gigs across Southern California. It is an essential item for him to have. These band gigs keep food on the table, a roof over his head, and clothes on his back.
Today I am asking for help for a friend who has given so much and has fallen on hard times. I am doing this on his behalf to pay it forward for all the help he has given so many others. This campaign is time sensitive. Every day that we go without paying for the car, the price adds up.
Our Goal:
Our goal is to raise $3000 to help Manny get his car back (This includes backpayment as well as fines and storage) as well as some extra money to help pay for the next two payments for his car so he won't have to worry about it for a while.
How you can help:
Donate: Any amount of money would help this sweet man. Every penny counts and will be used to get his mode of transportation back. If you can donate $1 or $100, any amount is greatly appreciated. Even if we don't hit our goal any amount gets him one step closer to getting his car.
Prayer or Positive Vibes: Keep him in your prayers and /or good thoughts and ask for his strength in this stressful time.
Spread the word: If you can't donate or even if you can, our campaign is stronger in numbers. Please take a few moments to share this campaign with your friends and family and encourage them to share as well.
Offer a ride: While we wait to raise the funds for his car, if you can offer him transportation to and from his band gigs for one night, it will take a great deal of stress off his shoulders.
