chaos surgery fund

hi my name is chaos, I was hit by a car on Saturday September 27, the car did not stop to help me.. I had to have surgery, a metal plate on my spine an pins in my leg. it's a costly surgery an my family needs help paying for me.. I need alot of prayers and alot of money.. please help me thank you
