Please join the Friends of Urban Farming (FUF) this Sunday, the 28th from 11am-2pm for brunch at the Edward L. Cooper Community Center in Roxbury to support our fundraising efforts to attend the Black Farmers and Urban Gardeners Conference in Detroit this October.

FUF is a group of urban farmer trainees who are developing their skills on Boston farms as growers and entrepreneurs to begin the next wave of urban agricultural efforts in the city. To finish off the season right, we are taking a road trip to Detroit to mingle with pioneers of the urban food movement.

The brunch will feature cooking and live music from the farmers themselves. Attached is the flyer for the event. If you are unable to attend, but would still like to donate, we can be found at gofundme.com/farmfamboston all day, everyday, till we reach our goal.
