O'Brien's DRC Orphan Care Fund

Donation protected
Our neighbors and friends, Will and Nicole O'Brien are working to bring home their two adopted children from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.  The Congolese government has suspended the issuance of exit letters, an immigration document required for these children to leave the country. As a result, there is no way for adoptive parents to be united with their children short of relocating to DRC.  Due to this sitution, Will has moved indefinitely to the DRC to be with Lowolo (2) and Akatshi (4).

Will and Nicole have found the children in the DRC deprived of basic needs for survival.  Will is spending a lot of time, energy and money to ensure good nutrition and clean water for all the children currently living in the orphanage.  For example, Will is walking 12 miles, serveral times a week, in order to obtain water from the river for the children to drink.

The money raised will help offset the costs of the extra expenses the O'Briens are incurring to pay for the basic needs of the orphans in the orphanage that houses their children.
