Please Help Bella With Her Surgery

Bella has had a set back, and we need to raise much needed funds so she can see a specialist now. Please help, as she is in pain, and we need to manage it for her.
Our Beautiful Bella has been diagnosed with Wobbler's Syndrome. Bella is such a lovely girl, who is a White German Shepherd, who is only 1year 10months old.
What is Wobbler's you ask?
Wobblers Syndrome is a disease that affects many breeds yet is most commonly seen in German Shepherd, Great Dane, and Doberman Pinschers. Symptoms are similar in both breeds and include lethargy, lameness, or weakness in the rear legs, loss of balance and coordination, and pain typically in the area of the neck.
A dog with advanced Wobblers disease will have a difficult time walking and maintaining balance, hence the word "Wobblers" was used to name this condition.
Dogs can be treated medically or surgically. Medical management usually consists on the use of anti-inflammatory drugs (steroidals or non-steroidals) with restricted activity. Because they have a neck problem, neck leashes should not be used, and a chest harness is strongly recommended.
Our Beautiful white German Shepherd is losing strength each and everyday. She was fine one morning and completely disabled the next. She is unable to do anything for herself now, including simple tasks such as going to the bathroom. Having a disabled dog is a difficult and heartbreaking experience especially when your canine companion, indeed your best friend, has been with you for many years. While euthanasia used to be the standard course of action in the case of disabled & paralyzed dogs. I refuse to give up on my sweet Bella. Banfield hospital has tried other methods but since she is showing no signs of improvement. She was referred to South Texas Veterinary Specialists but There is no way we could afford to do her MRI or surgery. She is not just a dog she is a very special member of our family. Without the surgery we fear we will lose her.
