Giving a Smile

Hi, my name is Corbin, I am four years old. In September,2014, I fell off of a kitchen chair and fractured my skull. Thanks to many prayers, I recovered quickly, with only a couple of out-patients visits at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. While I was there I noticed that there were some kids there that were not as lucky as I was. Even a week later I was talking to my Mom and Dad about alittle boy who was lying on a hospital bed. My mom told me that he was in bed because he was too sick to walk to his appointment. As soon as I heard this I immediately told my mom we needed to get him balloons and a card to make him feel better. Then my mom told me something even more surprising to me. There were a lot of kids that were sick at the hospital. My response then was  "I need lots of balloons and cards then" 

I may be just a kid however; I want to bring simles to as many kids as I can at the Children's Hospital. I am hoping with a little bit of your help I can brighten the day of every child that may not be as lucky as I was. 

My mom has talked with the people who work at the hospital and they have a wish list of of things that they could use at the hospital. I would love to raise enough money to buy lots of items on their wish list and, I am hoping to be able to give a Mylar balloon to EACH child who is staying at the hospital. My parents told me that this means I am going to need as much help as I can so I am hoping you will consider donating to my dream of making sick or hurt kids smile. I have done some shopping and one dollar will buy one balloon. Just think what a little more would do?
